Terminal Blocks

Terminal Blocks

Terminal blocks are suited for high-volume interconnect of control and signal circuitry, when labor cost reduction and ease of assembly is desired. The many applications for terminal blocks include automated equipment and machine tools, packaging and material handling machinery, railway/mass transit systems, petro-chemical, and any other application requiring this ease of assembly and interconnectivity.

IEC Terminal Blocks
Offering a complete line of reliable feature-rich terminal blocks is Eaton's way of showing its customers that it cares about their whole system, from protection and control to wiring and termination. A main feature of XB is its three connection technologies: screw, spring cage, and insulation displacement connection (IDC). The XB line also includes relays, thermal circuit protectors, and universal accessories compatible across all three connection technologies.

Electronic Modules
Eaton Cutler-Hammer's line of electronic modules range from an analog coupling module with electrical isolation to a Constant Voltage Source and Constant Current Output. Electronic modules provide protection against signal distortion.

NEMA Terminal Blocks
The NEMA Terminal Block is made of snap-fit nylon sections. These sections can be interlocked in any quantity and any mixture for direct panel mounting or channel mounting. The snap-fit nylon sections include control circuit, power circuit, and fuse blocks.

Modular Terminal Blocks
TBA and TBD modular terminal blocks are designed to conserve space, while allowing maximum flexibility and ease of installation. Available as one-, two- and three-pole circuits, simple and uniform installation is possible.

Power Distribution Blocks
Power Distribution Blocks provide a means for termination of up to (12) load wires in a single point while being supplied by a single line. They can also provide a point of termination for line/load up to 600MCM-#2Cu/Al.
